Default Cuban Royal Palm Felling

1.30mins and 7mb WMV

Belted these two over today, recognize them?

They're the two palms from this thread

More to this than meets the eye

Yep, did the job today.

Now the first one I wedged as it had a slight lean toward the road, but mainly toward the letterbox not where I wanted it to go for the chipper.

I quarter cut it so I could wedge up the down wind side first and I was felling it at about a 30 degree angle across the lawn which was like tacking a yacht into the breeze and against the swell and waves.

Ekka; Great video. Very educational and easy to understand the reason for the removal and great music too! You guys do a great job there down under!
The advise posted from all the other arborists was right on target.
