Default What Kind Of Tree Is This?

Hello Tree World!
Does anybody know what kind of tree this is? I want to remove it from my yard, but dont want to waste them by tearing it down...so I want to know the name, so that I could post for somebody to remove it from my yard.

Without a really good look at the leaves, it looks like a Lilac (Syringa vulgaris). A white double variety. Nice. Is it fragrant?

Then, looking at it again, it could just as well be a privet. Could you post a good shot of the leaves and how they are on the branches please?

I would say this is Lagerstroemia speciosa, but can you tell me where in the world "Riverside" is?

Riverside is in Southern California about 1 hour east of Los Angels. The leaves are staggered and at the end of the branch has a bunch of little white flowers that end up turning into these little seeds the size of a pea that drop all over the place...

Thanks for that. I'm still leaning towards Lagerstroemia indica.
