Default Rope Bridge Breaks

Just heard about a innocident with the Weaver Cougar. The bridge snapped right in the middle. The rope bridge was replaced two years prior. The climber fell 30 feet and landed on his feet which in return did back damage. With further diagnosis another separate rope bridge was taken apart only to discover that the ends were tucked in rather than spliced in and held in place with approx. four stitches. Beware!!
