Default Pre existing problems with gums

Lerps and psyllids have been a problem in our area for a long time and is becoming a bigger problem then keeping them pruned for safety in a urban setting. What would it be ideal to treat these pests in a more enviromentally friendly way, as opossed to using a chemical like safari or similar pesticides?

There is a parasitic wasp that was imported from Australia to control their numbers. They used it in San Diego, they tried to save large eucs at the San Diego zoo.

Also in California same.

Look for the biological control.

I found this old article.
