Default New horticulture training package

Agrifoodskills has a new training package out for public comment. This includes some significant changes to the existing package. There will be a new Diploma in Arboriculture and no Cert 4. Cert 2 has also been deleted but it looks like the NAAA are not happy to endorse this.

Comments close next Monday. Training experts like Eric may want to check it out and make comment.
