Nothing like Brisbane and many other places at all

So much of Australia has been drenched

Lake Eyre is full and this is from before the Brisbane floods

Wow thats crazy, didn't know the CBD flooded yesterday. I didn't see any flooding up my way at all.

Did you notice about 3 minutes in one of the elders talked about floods back in 1956 and 1974?

Makes you wonder how little we know about our country and its 'droughts and flooding rains'

Also at about 4 minutes in the guys say about people having photos of boating through the branches of the Dig Tree in the 90s

Fascinating

This rain would make 4WDing interesting though, shame on my apprentice wages I can't afford that sort of luxury atm. Looking @ the radar theres a bit patch over Adelaide atm still heading our way so its no where near over just yet.

Mordialloc, where i am copped it, lower lying streets around us flooded but our place sits on a bit of rise.

Elwood copped it bad, people on the news said up to knee height. My old Latvian school is there, one of my friends said the bottom level of some of the classrooms flooded (flat block, poor attempt @ drainage, aging building).
