That's the fizzed out Yasi system doing that. Australia has copped it this year. Hopefully the Vic dams are full now. That desert channel video was great.

Makes you wonder how little we know about our country and its 'droughts and flooding rains' Also at about 4 minutes in the guys say about people having photos of boating through the branches of the Dig Tree in the 90s Fascinating |

This rain would make 4WDing interesting though, shame on my apprentice wages I can't afford that sort of luxury atm. Looking @ the radar theres a bit patch over Adelaide atm still heading our way so its no where near over just yet.

Elwood copped it bad, people on the news said up to knee height. My old Latvian school is there, one of my friends said the bottom level of some of the classrooms flooded (flat block, poor attempt @ drainage, aging building).
