Here one can sue anyone anytime for anything. Laws are often set or tested and verified or diminished by precedence and I think this is a good thing. It illuminates problem areas and illustrates the judicial system in action and this is a great thing IMO.

Hitler would have a culture with NO legal actions permitted or the outcome would be controlled.

A city council person (woman) I USED to be friends with recently bragged to me that in regards to an issue regarding some historic housing that the Historical Committee and public in general fought to keep and preserve...."we went ahead and tore them down anyway!" with a wry smile and having a little self important moment to herself as I walked away in disgust.

My reference to the Hitler culture was simply disposing of people who weren't going along with what he was doing ... similar people was Hussein and Milošević, where to speak up against something could mean you end up dead quickly.

So a suppressive society culture would mean go with the flow, make no noise.

On the other hand you have the extremities of USA where money buys justice.... as seen in many cases.

Here also, even with video footage of getting stoned this rich carwash king got off. Arborist stoning in Sydney!

So unlike mathematical concise equations law is really a mess.

Well it appears that nothing is going to happen.

Some-one may have come to their senses.

In future, any threats against Treeworld or I will result in full exposure. Your name, business name etc will get a full viewing, I/we do not take kindly to threats and badgering when YOU are doing the wrong thing. The full power of Google and our expertise will have your details whipped around the globe faster than you can wink, I kid you not.

From my experience, and working with the Current Affairs Crew, any footage taken on public ground, especially when it's considered of public interest IS FAIR GAME especially when you can interact on the forum.
