When you post there's a little paper clip thingy, just click on it. Once you've clicked on it a window opens, then click "browse" to find the file in your PC to load it up or load up from a URL on the net (make sure pic is right size). Once you have found the file (or URL) and click on it just click on the upload button. See, easy. Oh, but to embed them in the post like I have done here is a little more tricky, so one step at a time, just follow the instructions and we'll have pics to see. Also, if you are going to embed the pic please be aware of the size, widths over 700px to 800px will stretch the page for most people so resize your pics to that width.
