Congratulation to all who have been honoured today by recieving recognition of the contribution they have made through their work and their lives to making this country a better place to live in.  I really meant to post this the day it was announced so please excuse the lateness of my recognition of Trooper Mark Donaldson   Soldier awarded VC for Afghanistan bravery - ABC News (Australian Broadcasting Corporation) The VC represents one of the highest military honours that any soldier can recieve. I am not able to convey just how much regard I hold for individual soldiers like Trooper Donaldson. |
