Default Chipper death USA NIOSH Regs

Have a good read of this.

Last year a guy in California was killed when he partially went through a chipper.

NIOSH FACE Program: California Case Report 08CA005 | CDC/NIOSH

Now due to that they want 2 chipping.

How many chippers out there?

How many non incidents?

I find it peculiar that we have an industry that is unregulated and unlicenced yet the govt idiots bring more burdons upon the educated decent folk because of others having accidents.

Now UK since introducing it's regs for chipper operators has had zero deaths, USA has many every year, Australia the very rare one.
