This appears to be a white mulberry, Morus alba L., due to the smoothness of the leaf compared to a red mulberry, M. rubra L. Nothing else in the area that may look like mulberry will have milky sap.

I agree with the Mulberry ID, just didn't think White Mulberry was known to grow in your area.
