The bark is falling off. There are small holes. If I knock on the part without bark, it feels hollow. The tree still has leaves. The rest of the tree looks good, just this part near the base has a problem. 1. What is wrong with the tree? 2. How do I address it? 3. Should I have the tree removed? it is tall enough to fall on my house Thanks! |
