Need closer pics of the leaves - appear to be compound leaves. And of the arrangement of the leaves on the stem.

It looks somewhat like Tetradium daniellii, although it is pretty hard to tell without some kind of floral action! Is it commonly seen as a new planting? |

Could it be Yellowwood Cladrastis lutea ?

hahaha damn tree. Pretty featureless from the pics. It could also be a Fraxinus. Maybe a Texas Ash? (F. americana var. texensis)? |

looks like it could be Michelia champaca, but as has been said, hard to tell from the pics
