does anyone know what this tree is attached pics of fruit and leaves looks like a native guava to me but i could be wrong |

Looks like a Syzygium jambos. If not that then another Syzygium. The single seed is a good indicator of the genus. Fruit Malabar plum, Syzygium jambos (Myrtales: Myrtaceae) More pics: Syzygium jambos - JungleKey.fr News and another Rose Apple - Syzygium jambos man, it is really hard to get good photos of this number! It is common in the tropics, in Malay it is Jambu Mawar. |
