Default Tree indentify please

It's quite large, in a park nearby and, as you will see from pics, has a weeping look about it. Leaves are three to a stem and the flowers are a white pea-flower. I've tried online identifiers with no luck. Hope you can help.

It really looks like Tree Lucerne - Chamaecytisus palmensis

Check out this and see what you think:
Chamaecytisus palmensis (H.Christ) F.A.Bisby & K.W.Nicholls: FloraBase: Flora of Western Australia

It is an invasive weed that is used for stock fodder:
Tree lucerne or tagasaste (Chamaecytisus palmensis)

Is it the only specimen in the area? Is it a bushland-adjacent park?

Hi Very Sarcastic,
Oh dear! Your name sounds a little cynical!
You've got the tree all right. That's exactly it and I'm grateful to have it identified so definitely. No, it's not in or near native vegetation. It's in the middle of a country town in western Victoria - Camperdown - which is in an area that's been cleared of most native vegetation for dairying. We have a number of noxious weeds in the area but the dairy cows seem to keep most of the invasive stuff under control. There's absolutely nothing I can do to get the tree removed - it's on a spare block behind some housing - and probably that's not really an issue. I'm glad to know what it is though. No one I've asked so far has been able to help me.
Great to be part of a community that can help at times like this.
cheers,
Gillian
