Hello, I could use a bit of help identifying a tree. It's early spring so the leaves are not fully formed. Some leaves are oak-shaped and on the same branch there are rounder leaves with a pointed tips. There are also clusters of flowers forming along with the new leaves. They are dangling like grapes. The leaves are a shiny yellow-green with just a hint of red at the edges. The bark is light brown with a matte, white, waxy coating with tiny, oblong, light tan specks. Please see photos: Thanks for your help! |

I agree. Mulberry. Can have none or up to 7 lobes, highly variable -- all on the same branch
