Default Tree ID - Large Seedpods

Can anyone id the tree in the attached photos. It is growing in suburban Brisbane. The biggest pods are around 400mm long and 200mm in diameter.

Thanks guys, you've hit the nail on the head. I've checked the details on the net and Kigelia Africana fills the bill.
