Default Tree ID Central Texas

This tree is located in a nature park in central Texas. I'm not sure if it is a tree or overgrown bush. Its about 10-12 ft high. Photo shows berries and leaves which was taken 2/12. Thanks for help to id.

Could very well be Privet (Ligustrum lucidum) ... a serious weed here.

That would be an extremely heavy fruit crop for privet. If it is privet, the berries are supposed to be really good to enhance cardiovascular health,

Cut open some fruit, take a pic of that, and some leaves lying flat. That should help with ID.
