Default These trees are everywhere - what are they?

Hi,
These trees line most of the roads near where I live. I'm not 100% sure but I think they bloom a really white flower (or turn white) in very early spring. Now they have green leaves.

Any thoughts on what it is?

Maybe I was wrong about the white bloom in early spring.

I'm guessing an American Elm.

My eyes aren't that good. You should take a closeup of the leaves and bark....

Zelkova serrata IMO. Another good choice for you.

If they have alternate leaves, and they have an insignificant bloom, then I would agree with Japanese zelkova (type of elm). Good replacement for elms in the US as they are resistant to Dutch Elm Disease.

If it were here I would just assume it was another wild cherry tree. We have bazillions of them here. They have masses of white blooms in early spring.
