Default Some kind of Palm?

I bought this "tree" years ago, and it has continued to grow vertical, but never has more than a few leaves on it. I am worried I am not taking care of it properly, so I want to get it identified.

It is very skinny, maybe 1/2'' diameter and a little over 16'' tall.

Hope someone can help! Thanks!

Erin

Dracaena marginata--give it more light, don't overwater.
