Default Small fragrant white flowers

In the Carlton Gardens, (Melbourne Victoria Australia) there ia a 8-10meter tree with very fragrant small white flowers. I think is maybe related to the Lilly Pilly, however I cannot find a match in any of my garding books (or on the web).

The attached pictures show the tree located in Rathdowne Street, and a close-up of the leaves and flowers. I believe the flowers develop into half inch nut like capsules containg seeds. These pods are also fragrant althogh they smell like aftershave when crushed.

Could someone be so kind as to:
1) identify the botanical and common name.
2) tell me how I can cultivate it. (or where I can buy some)

I live in an area with slightly acid soil, and prone to winter frosts (Woodend Vic).

Thanks.

Hmm i think its Pittosporum undulatum - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia not a much luved tree some say weedy but quiet nice and bullet proof for tough sites.
Unlikely your gonna find it in a nursery try looking for some weedy seedlings in garden beds pluck em pop m in a pot wait n watch. But some may prefer you look at,,, well anything else but not pittos.

You've got that right, not loved around here that's for sure.

The stuff is everywhere. Leave somewhere unattended for a while and it'll appear and spreads, nearly as bad as privet.

Around Melbourne you shouldn't have to plant that one yourself. Especially out in the Eastern suburbs I've seen whole gardens planted out with Sweet Pittosporum by courtesy of seeds in bird droppings...
