Default Seattle Mystery Tree

I grew this tree from seed beginning this past spring. Please excuse it's dismal state at present. It hasn't seen light for weeks and has shed all but one leaf. It has large seed pods with scores of little brown seeds inside, with two white, fluffy wings. The pods are in clusters. Any ideas what it is?

Both catalpa, Catalpa Scop., and princesstree, Paulownia tomentosa(Thunb.) Siebold & Zucc. ex Steud., fit your description, but the photo appears to be the later due to the fuzzy leaves. Catalpa has white flowers then long narrow "cigar bean" seed pods with seeds that have wingspans nearly equal the length of the short fat (cotton boll size and shape) capsules of a princesstree that has brown fuzzy flower buds all through winter followed by purple flowers.

It is definitely Paulownia tomentosa. Thank you!
