Anyone have any ideas what this plant is...? It does not have any leaves at all, but appears to have long knitting needle like branchlets... This particular plant is located in Portsea, Victoria, Australia. |

Dude, you will need to get a close-up shot of the leaves, leaf arrangement, bark etc if you want a 100% positive ID.

Not a very good photo but it looks like Spartium junceum, Spanish broom.

Thanks for your responses and apologies for the poor images, that was the only photo I had, but I am reasonably confident that Spartium junceum is in fact it's true taxonomic identity. Thanks again. |
