Hello. We got this plant at a family members funeral. It was roughly 5" tall at the time. After three years it is now 4' tall and has exploded with leaves. It may be multiple plants that are intertwined, I am unsure. If it is multiple plants will this hurt them in the long run? (It's just how it came...) Every month or so the bottom leaves will die off and many top branches with leaves will grow out. We water it every Monday, Wednesday and Friday, no real measurement of water, we eyeball it. If it gets yellow in the leaves we may skip a day on the watering which seems to even things out. All in all I think it is pretty healthy and doesn't seem to be slowing down growth wise, so we want to know what kind it is... how big is this beast going to get?! Oh, and yes it looks awful in the pot now but we were replanting it into a huge pot today and ran out of soil, we are picking more up tomorrow I'm sure it'll be okay for a night. ![]() Thanks! |

Pachira Aquatica or braided bonsai money tree plant is meant to bring financial success and should be placed in the office. Over-watering is the only worry.
