Default Please ID My Tree

I would very much appreciate it if someone would identify a large tree in my new place of residence.

Location: San Diego county Coastal (though by no means do I think that it's necessarily native)

Trunk diameter: About 2 ft

Tree height: About 35 feet

Leaves: Slender, somewhat fern-like. They somewhat grow in clumps/balls/bunches

It looks mature, by my estimation. Also, it's had some rather "choppy" trim jobs, so that may largely account for the shape/form of it.
