Could anyone help me identify these trees.

I would like to identify these aswell. Are any of these high maintenance if i plant these do they require a lot of watering?

1st one look like a Camellia shrub in poor condition, unsure the other 2.

these 2 pictures 1st one an Agonis flexuosa tree the other hmm maybe ornamnetal hibiscus shrub with a me thinks a Cupressus sempervirens tree next to it right under the homes roof eave.

why do you ask? is this an planning permit request to id garden plants

to be honest the pics are bloody awful if you want a good id then you need close ups of leaves(both sides), fruit and branches.
Derwoodii is doing a stand up job working them out from those pics well done mate

Yes it is a council requirement, could you also recommend a canopy tree that would be best to plant in a small backyard.

for a native, Eucalyptus leucoxylon ssp. megalocarpa, for a exotic Ulmus parvifolia Chinese or Lacebark Elm.

Sos could not pick the leafless large tree beside wall or the other shrub, need to see a leaf or close up. A real long shot guess for wall tree Acer negundo perhaps Liquidambar styraciflua.

Thank you for your help, i have learned a lot about tree types by trying to identify these. I couldnt of done it without help.
