Evergreen?? Looks like a deciduous to me. [Salix] willow? Willard. |

Could be a wattle, acacia. Maybe acacia elongata. Could maybe be hakea too.

I would be leaning towards an acacia.. Are there any larger specimens in the vicinity that look similar? |
