Default Philadelphia, PA - Help with tree ID

So we just moved into a new house in downtown Philadelphia. We have a decent sized yard, which includes this tree I am not familiar with. I've tried looking it up on Google images and other tree ID websites with no luck.

I'm not originally from the area so this may be an easy ID. If these pictures don't give enough info to go on, I can try and snap some more this weekend.

I think it is smokebush (Cotinus coggygria) -- typically reaches 10-15 ft in height, higher than that and has a tendency to fall over, or be blown over.
