Default Palm ID

Hi I should know the name of this Palm but am at the end of my tether having thumbed through D. Jones Palms of Australia book with no success. Anyone got any ideas? They are on a development site in Melbourne.

At a glance it looks like a cocos palm to me..Syagrus romanzoffiana
