Default Odd/Weird looking tree anyone know what this is called?

I came across this tree while I was driving and I was wondering if anyone knows what this is called, I think it's the neatest looking tree I seen in some time.

Thanks!

If you know what sort of pine it is, like say http://www.google.com/search?q=Pinus+strobus&oe=utf-8&rls=org.mozilla:en-GB:official&client=firefox-a&um=1&ie=UTF-8&tbm=isch&source=og&sa=N&hl=en&tab=wi&biw=1920&bih=741 (white pine) then add the words "http://www.google.com/search?um=1&hl=en&client=firefox-a&rls=org.mozilla%3Aen-GB%3Aofficial&biw=1920&bih=741&tbm=isch&sa=1&q=Pinus+strobus+pendulous&aq=f&aqi=g1&aql=&oq=" after it for that variation.

I'm not real good with pines, semi tropical here.

Cost depends mostly on size -- but for a 1-2" stem probably $150 to 300, for a 4" stem - closer to $1200-3000 - but harder to transplant and have it survive. Be sure you have the nursery plant it. OVer here, if the Nursery plants it, they guarantee its survival for an extra year. Smaller trees transplant better but all weepers are inherently weak -- after all shoots are supposed to grow up, so if you have a tree that naturally grows down -= breakage of roots and shoots are highly likely, and so a short life.

Larch can tolerate low oxygen levels, or moist to wet ground. THey can also grow where there is good drainage, but preferably not on dry sites., They are also a deciduous evergreen, in that the needles usually turn yellow in the fall, and fall off. Since the needles are replaced every year, they are not as susceptible to pollution as most other conifers,

what we need from mdaniel84 is the number of needles in the cluster, if the needles attach directly to the stem and the shape of the needles to positively identify the tree
