Question new property tree identification

We just bought a new house and this "tree" was on it. I have no idea what it is, but it is trying to sprout up everywhere! The branches are really fuzzy and the red "flowers" are really really fuzzy!
I've never had trees or plants before, so if you need more information to identify it, I will gladly answer any questions.
Thank you so much for helping!

I cannot seem to post the pictures on here (it says they are too big, even though I keep downsizing it). I will glady email anybody pictures if you are interested in helping. Thanks!

Shannon

It sounds like common sumac or Staghorn Sumac Rhus typhina - has compound leaves, 13 to 27 leaflets, often 19 -- edges of leaflets are serrated, stem very hairy, if broken, pith is very large diameter and usually yellowy-white, stems are easily broken
prefers well drained soil, can tolerate very dry soils, spreads via root system, can be invasive as new plants grow up easily - tends to be alleopathic ie secretes chemicals in the soil to discourage competition from growing --- "fruit" is pyramidal in shape, and each particle(deep red) is edible as a small nibble or sucking on - high Vit C content, can sustain you if starving - for short periods

small pics like gif size will work, and can work up from there
