Default identification of evergreen Rhus ?

hello
Help identify the plant, it is in a pot and can not live in temperate winter.looks like rhus is evergreen

Are the leaf margins saw toothed or smooth?

But here the brazilian peppers dont have serated margins, leaf is more rounded too.

I dont know what it is, maybe a visit to the botanical gardens or a good nursery.

When you find out lets us know, not many rhus trees here. Last vist I had to the bot gardens I kept an eye out for you but didn't spot anything there either.
