I need help IDing 2 trees in North Carolina

Default I need help IDing 2 trees in North Carolina

I think one is a willow oak but I've never seen acorns, the other I think is some type of birch. Any help would be great. Thanks.

Please load your picture to our server as per;Tree World Rules rule 3.1

This saves this thread having large holes in it up the road when the pictures are removed from your server.
