Hi I need help identifying these palms

Hi There does anyone know what palms these are?

They've been planted at my block of flats several years ago and its just come to my attention that the root systems may invade the the foundations as they're planted quite close to the building.

Love some help on this if anyone knows .

Hi 'Malakoff',

From your pics, looks like these are a Phoenix canariensis or at least in the
Phoenix Genus of Palm. A little hard to tell for certain but that's my guess.
