Hey! Need help with identification!!

Hi there i'm new to the forum and could use some help in identifying these trees.
I've looked at every tree list, american, european, even asian and african, seen hundreds of photos and read everything i could about the subject and i still have no idea what trees i'm looking at so if anyone can please identify these for me i'd be in gratitude.

The first one is standing right in front of my building and the second one was standing behind it but a storm blew it to the ground and a cleanup crew cut it up and took it!

Possibly an Albizia Sp ... check a few out on Google.

Funny of all the species i looked through the Mimosoideae family was the most alike, and sure enough it is!!!
So it's some kind of Mimosa tree!!

So about the first one...any clues???

Do you know what the leaves look like, any close up pics of the buds

sorry treefeller can't remember what the leaves look like!...i'll try to take some better pics of the tree!!

I think the first tree looks like a Poplar of some sort and the second a Silk Tree '' Albizia Julibrissin '' ??

anyone agree ?

I agree with devo, definatley think the second one is a Albizzia julibrissen and not so sure on the first one. quite possibly a type of poplar.
