Hi Lou 2010, the photos lack enough clarity to make a definite identification, at a guess it reminds me of a younger Agonis flexuosa, but the top photo looks too upright in its growth. Try taking some photos of the leaf arrangement that are clear. Look for any fruiting capsules and take a photo of them. A better photo of the trunk and a close up of the upper branches that are in focus would help. Without those it's the best I can do regards Julie |

I was thinking Agonis flexuosa as well but it's a bit hard to tell
