Default Help me figure out what this tree is :)

My wife asked me to find out what kind of tree this is and the id keys i can find online are not as good as I had hoped. Can anyone help out? Thanks!

If you cant tell from the pictures, the leaves are slightly serrated. Thanks!

The arbor day key led me to a "Cascara Buckthorn" but the leaves dont look the same to me :/ and I may not be remembering my botany terms correctly to have successfully navigated the key .

not positive of the species. probably a Bradford they tend to be one of the most hated trees in the industry. terrible brach unions prune it extremely hard. if you like pears and it is a Bradferd cut it down and replant good luck
