Default Help Identifying Trees - Brisbane South area

Hi There

Could anyone help identify the following Trees. They are both about 8-10m in height and probably span about 5m each. Would like to know if they ar native etc. From some research online, I could be almost sure Tree A is a Cupanipsis Anacardioides (Tuckeroo). I have absolutely no idea about Tree B. There is a photo of the leaves (and fruit for Tree A), and the trunk from a distance and close up. If you have any questions or want diff pictures let me know as they are just out the back!

Thanks for you help.

PS. I am in Holland Park

Pictures are a bit small ... too small in fact.

Anyway, I think the top pic is a loquat tree, the other, too small a picture to see it properly.
