Default Help identifying tree in SE Georgia

Tree has smooth, yellow bark with orange dots all over it. Leaves are heart shaped and are larger at the base of limbs and smaller towards the ends. I removed an old wooden fence and this tree was between the wooden fence and the neighbors chain link fence. With the wooden fence removed the tree fell over and I had to tie it to one of the posts still standing and the chain link fence, it would not stand on it's own. The tree is about 8-10' tall and about 1.5-2" trunk

Here are pictures of a leaf, the tree, and the bark:

Any help identifying would be greatly appreciated.

It is Chinese tallow, Triadica sebifera (L.) Small, with synonyms that include popcorn tree (from appearance of seed), Florida aspen (probably from leaf shape that results in quaking although it has intense red fall color instead of yellow), and Sapium sebiferum (L.) Roxb., but unfortunately it is a noxious weed.

Thanks for the quick reply Eden Keeper.

Strange from reading about it that I haven't seen any others around here. My neighborhood is mostly Sweetgum Trees (Liquidambar styraciflua, the American sweetgum or redgum). Reading about the Chinese Tallow, it sounds a lot like the sweetgum in that it is a prolific spreader. I know the sweetgum will spread from roots (even when cut down) and is fast growing and chokes out everything else. We have a terrible time trying to keep sweetgums from taking over the whole yard.

Thanks again for the response.
