The tree is in southern California and, at this point, about 7 feet tall. What kind of tree is this? It has thorns and leaves that are like pine needles. How big would it get? That is a Palo Verde. Also called Jerusalem thorn. It has been said that the crown of thorns on Jesus at the crucifixtion was Pal Verde. Jeff |

I second that one Parkinsonia aculeata they are a problem in alot of places in aus
