Default Golden Cypress?

Can someone tell me the correct name of these please. I've worked on hundreds of them and I may have the wrong name after all these years.

Originally grown from Canberra area I was told once, never bothered to check. Very popular around here until cocas palms replaced them, not sure which I dislike the most.

Wollongong Council calls them Golden Cypress (Cotoneaster species) or am I reading that wrong.

Pictures are off google maps, I can get better ones.

I'm confused. Is a golden cypress a Cupressus or cotoneaster? You need to ring them and get clarification I think. I think they screwed up.

I suspect a typo in the list

Cotoneaster species or the red berry bush is this

The pic shown from the council site as Golden Cypress, to me is a Macrocarpa, which is also known around here (SA) as Golden Cypress...!

It seems the Woolongong council tree experts cannot spell or proof read a document before it is released.
It is not the only "typo" in there.
The cotoneaster is above it, for whatever reason the title has been tranferred to Golden Cypress.
Cupressocyparis leylandii most likely if the seed or stock was from Canberra.
