Default exotic tree in Pennsylvania

This tree has already survived a few Pennsylvania winters, is about 20' tall and narrow. Its root system is weak. It is certainly not a native of PA.
It has an alternate branching habit, palmate compound leaves with three leaflets. The leaflets have no teeth, but are smooth. My friend says it has yellow drooping flowers, but no remains of flowers could be seen at this time, nor fruit. The bark is very green and smooth. Even the bark where the trunk has a 8" caliper, the bark is smooth and a bit less green. I have searched for a match, but nothing fits.

Could you take more pictures of where the petioles meet the branch? Especially ones that have longer internodes. The leaves almost look whorled from that picture...

It also looks like it has spur-like growth.

Congratulations and with much appreciation, Pomme. You got the tree correct. It is a Golden Chain Tree, Laburnum anagyroides. Thank you very much.
