Default Coastal tree

Hi, can anyone identify this tree? My Mum has it in her backyard, growing alongside a salt-water canal. As you can see from the photos, it has a rubbery red pods hanging from the tips of the branches and beautiful dark green foliage

Many thanks in advance!
