Default Can someone identify this tree?

Can someone please identify this tree for me please?
I believe it is a native, we live in the Sutherland Shire, Sydney , Australia.
Tree doesnt seem very healthy.
Is also dropping hundreds of small triangular, sharp seeds/pods??
Thanks

Thumbs up Re: Can someone identify this tree?

Not sure but it may be a narrow leaf ironbark. What is the thickness of the bark?

Looks like a Brown Stringybark to me, Eucalyptus Capitellata. I am also in the Sutherland Shire. These trees are prolific in the Sydney basin.
