Default Beside Brisbane River Kangaroo Point

Came across this tree, want to add it to:-

Weird and unusual tree shapes

It's on the tip of my tongue but I cant nail it.

Nearmap reference.

Now this is a great one for kids to climb around in, me too for that matter. A massive coppice I guess.

What a weird and wonderful shape.

I would call that a caudiciform trunk, looks to me it,s natural form, perhaps coppiced though.

First thing to come to mind was Ficus palmeri.

But it is so multi-trunked, perhaps it has been set back somehow, they form many trunks if pruned heavily.

How tall is it?

Fruit or flower?

Could it be some kind of Erythrina?
