Hello people I'm looking at buying a house. There is one I'm interested in but it has subsidence and a couple of trees growing roughly one metre from the wall. It's the uk and winter. Would somone be able to recognise the species from a crap cameraphone pic? |

It might be a London plane.

Looks to me to be a siccamore, a close up of leaves and bark would be helpful. If you repost this in the "What tree is this" I.D thread you will likely get some better answers. |

doesnt really matter what type of tree it is , its too close to a building , check your local shire , council etc laws to see if you can remove this tree and go from there | |

Don't see any mottled bark for London Plane; looks like opposite branching so maple or pseudoplatanus most likely - but too close to building anyways - should be removed sooner rather than later
