Default Any Ideas ? Help please

Hello people

I'm looking at buying a house. There is one I'm interested in but it has subsidence and a couple of trees growing roughly one metre from the wall. It's the uk and winter. Would somone be able to recognise the species from a crap cameraphone pic?

Looks to me to be a siccamore, a close up of leaves and bark would be helpful.
If you repost this in the "What tree is this" I.D thread you will likely get some better answers.

doesnt really matter what type of tree it is , its too close to a building , check your local shire , council etc laws to see if you can remove this tree and go from there

Don't see any mottled bark for London Plane; looks like opposite branching so maple or pseudoplatanus most likely - but too close to building anyways - should be removed sooner rather than later
