Yeah weird, same saws different warranty periods.

I know back like 10 years ago here it was same as you guys, 3 months, but I had a saw repaired under warranty after 8 months anyway, they weren't real strict on it and then changed it in writing as Husky was flogging them with it.

Notice the roller nose tip attached to the sprocket nose tip and there's no rivits holding them together, that doesn't make sense. Also what the bar name looks like it should be Oregon but the muffs are hiding it. The same name logo is on the air filter cover and it doesn't say Oregon.
