Hey treeboy how did you go with getting a saw sent in from the US?? What did it cost you all up??

Do members still send each other new saws or has this become a taboo subject on TW ?

If through membership here you strike up a friendship and your friend buys and sends to you, good for you.

In this thread you'll see similar issue.

Before you know it people get delusions of grandeur and source saws from TW members then start to sell them to others on the forum, not on.

Stihl unlike Husky do not sell online, they believe in foot traffic and face to face sales etc. Sponsors like TreeStuff do sell Husky's online, as Husky do not have a policy like Stihl. So about the only saw that needs a walk in sale is Stihl, the others can all be purchased online from various stores or from Sponsors etc.
