Hi folks, I was looking to pull the muffler off a 009L I picked up. I removed the three screws off the aluminium muffler and found the cover would not budge. I'm pretty sure it's just the three screws, is the a sealant they use under the cover? I was reluctant to get heavy handed with it. I just bought it secondhand and it's a very tidy unit so I'm geussing it's never been off. Thanks |

probably hex-bolted inside, on either side of the outgoing exhaust port from the jug. (had a simliar problem on my 361, drove me crazy till the guys on here pointed out 1) how simple it was and 2) that it was also in the book for the saw ) But I'm just guessing. Or were those two of the three you already removed? |
