Default Pruning Chain

Do any of you have a favorite pruning chain for smaller saws, 200Ts or other top handle saws? I have been using semi skip 3/8 low pro on a 12" bar lately, its alright for removals not great for pruning. Since we try to reduce the surface area of a cut to limit the vectors for pathogens, smoother should be better right? Any opinions?
